How can I join the loyalty programs?

Joining our loyalty programs is easy! For the referral program, simply refer a friend and you'll receive 20% off your next session. For the eyelash extensions program, bring in a full punch card after 5 fills to receive 50% off your next fill. Make sure you get a card after your first fill!

How can I book an appointment?

You can book an appointment by calling us directly, however, if we are with a client we are unable to answer the phone. Our preferred booking method is using our online booking system available on our website. It will provide you a full schedule of all our staffs availability for different services!

Do you offer consultations?

Yes, we offer both free lash and hair extensions consultations to discuss your specific beauty needs and preferences to ensure the perfect fit. We also offer a paid event makeup consultation and trial. All consultations are available with our online booking system, book yours today!

What time should I show up for my appointment?

Please arrive 15 minutes early from your scheduled appointment to ensure you are able to find parking on the street and not be late. If you are running late, please let us know.

What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

Our cancellation policy requires 48 hours to cancel or reschedule without being charged a late notice fee. However, of course we do understand emergencies come up and people get sick, if this applies to you please reach out to Danielle about your cancellation with as much notice as possible.
